More About the Artists:
nR Element stands for "In Our
Element" But also has to do with our Sun Signs...
Each of the artists
represents a different elemental sign from the Zodiac.
It all began on a sunny
afternoon in Sienna, Italy, Summer of 2000, during a choir tour. Eva and
Aaron met and were instant friends - you know those connections you only
have a few times in life? They sat and people-watched at the Piazza del
Campo and were inspired suddenly to start singing together, and so they
did! The duo decided to continue this after returning home. Acquiring
Ana soon after, the group focused on chamber music.
The more or less
classically rooted trio began exploring Aaron's passion for electronic
dance music and songwriting. Eva also has experience in blues, jazz and
funk vocals and is also a talented bass and flute player. Ana has an
incredible spirit and vocal accuracy, as well as wielding a killer,
sultry alto range. Aaron, the half-Australian producer, has composed
songs and sung since childhood.
nR Element collaborated with several great people and finally released
its first studio album entitled "Miscommunication" in July 2004 and
followed up with several live shows promoting the CD.
The group returned to the
studio in 2005 and 2006 to record a mostly Christmas album entitled
"Holiday Cheer."
The group then began
concentrating on recording new dance material and promotion... as they
neared completing another album...
In 2007, Akyr Music
approached the group and remixed So Curious - now Internationally
released on iTunes and many other portals!

Miss Communication says...

"Get to Know nR Element!"
|
Did
you know!?
Our producer,
Aaron Walz of Walz Music,
likes nerdy but cool things like Final Fantasy, Anime, Para Para
Japanese Dancing, Dance Dance Revolution and Eurobeat?
That's why on our
album Miscommunication, we covered "Adesso e Fortuna" by Akino
Arai... a ballad version was used for the anime "Record of the
Lodoss Wars."
"The Promised
Land" and "Prelude" are also both covers from the popular video
game Final Fantasy, composed by Nobuo Uematsu.
Olele Olala is a
cover of a eurobeat track. Giancarlo Pasquini, one of the
writers, is a very talented man who helped transform Italo Disco
into its present form. The original singer was Annerley Gordon,
who also lent her vocal skills to many Italian projects.
